We a group of young energetic Engineers & Entrepreneurs, laid the foundation fo "Caution" group of companies in the year 1990 with an object of catering the society with diversified storage solutions for various needs at highest quality level.

Er. Vishvajit----- Mechanical Engineer with field experience of more than 25 years in fabrication industry. Key person in design, development & production areas.

Er. Dilip---- Mechanical Engineer with 12 years experience as faculty member in Engineering institutes. Also worked as sales & service engineer.

Dr. Girish---- Civil / Environmental Engineer with PhD. in engineering & vast experience of holding administrative post for major Education institutes.

Arch. Girija---- Architect by profession. Working mainly in institutions, banks, office designs & interiors. Key role in designing innovative storage & furniture models.

Mtr. at industrial township of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation’s pocket at Kolhapur, a district place well known for its industrial heritage, Sugarcane / Jaggery production & Mahalaxmi Temple, in one of the advanced states of India, Maharashtra.

i.e. can erect a departmental store of @ 2000 sq.mtr. floor area in 30 days. Can supply the total furniture requirement of a proposed Engineering college with the student intake of @ 300 in 30 days.
